We stand behind every part we sell. Here's what's covered and how to file a claim.
What's covered
All wheels, tires, and suspension components carry the manufacturer's warranty. Most wheels include a lifetime structural warranty and a 1–2 year finish warranty. Tires are covered against defects in materials and workmanship by the tire maker.
What's not covered
Warranty does not cover damage from curb strikes, improper installation, off-road abuse beyond the product's rating, or normal wear. Finish damage from aftermarket wheel cleaners may void the finish warranty.
How claims work
Fill out the form below with photos. We submit directly to the manufacturer and manage the claim for you. Most are resolved within 3–5 business days.
